okay im going to have a little rant now. How about support tickets even being looked at? I have a ticket up and It's been up for 2 weeks yet to get a reply. It's nothing major but still, 2 weeks. And the website itself, what the fuck is going on? It's lagging 24/7 for 2 weeks straight, I didn't pay £10 to be on a laggy site that I can barely use, takes 3 minutes to refresh the page, takes 3minutes to get into a forum, just put it in maintence and fix the fucking lag nobody wants to be on a laggy website, that's all for me thanks

Oh god, I've been telling the MCM staff to stop using Nixfifty tickets for ages, that addon is buggy as hell

Did you try bumping? I'm sure the staff team have a lot going on in there hands right now with support tickets. Try asking / PMing Justis he's someone that may be able to help.

As for the site, mick just has no idea what he's doing. I'm sure they'll fix it all shortly (let's pray and hope)

I think there was a suggestion about it earlier and Mick admitted the current support system is broken/ not functioning properly.
Idk what exactly hes planning to do now, but there being a problem with the current system has been admitted. it's either going to temporarily go back to the old system, or theres gonna be drastic changes to the new one.

This was resolved when we switched back to the original tickets system we had created.
