Well, hello everyone in the MCM community. I've recently come to post a suggestion of mine that many other members, including me, would like to see changed. The support ticket waiting time, it's absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait months to even get an answer in the support tickets. Let's take this for example:

Let's look at some things, like this, I got 13 views, and yet one responded 4 weeks later?: https://gyazo.com/6d59586294ffccc4a2b51008641b4e4a
Let's look at the description under support tickets now: https://gyazo.com/0d2a009e7d33b4544916a4c1b92957d9, well, you took 3-4 weeks to respond.
Just my stand point on this, if you are going to agree/disagree please leave a reason.
