Support While Banned

I wake up and I am apparently banned for ban evading, Awhile back my other account was banned because I forgot I had this account, I was perfectly fine afterward, in fact, M6 gave me a link to reset my password to this account, Anywas I made a support request under an alt account named " marekappeal123 ", I went to play basketball and got back with that account banned, I thought I lost all hope till I sign in on this account and I am magically unbanned, because of NOT BEING ABLE TO READ SUPPORT REQUESTS WHILE YOUR BANNED

I could not and still do not know what happened, I could make another support request but this is just becoming a hassle, I suggest we are allowed to make and reply to support tickets/requests while being banned.

I apologize in advance for any grammatical errors because I am writing this with one finger and eating pizza.

Yeah I feel they should offer some type of support when you get banned so if it's a mistake you can explain or work the issue out.

+1 for this. Although, MCM does have twitter but sometimes they can take a bit to respond do that too.

I know, it pretty much limits you to having to make a twitter account or another account named name_appeal or something,

I don't see any downsides to my suggestion besides the fact that people could spam or something.

Also yeah, Ban users should have the ability to create scam reports, lets say you get banned for some reason but still have loans open with users, you don't want to like have to make an alt account to make a scam report or get a friend to do it, I think this is a GREAT IDEA And should be added.

Omg yes, annoying to see people ask “can I scam a banned user if he is banned for scamming?”

Unfortunately it is not possible to allow banned members to access the support requests section at the moment. It would be good to have some sort of appeal system developed in the system so that you don't need to create an alt account, but for the moment that is only in the planning stages.
