People claim Supreme is a hobby/lifestyle, then get super upset and combative when someone dares wear a "fake".
Why does this always seem to exist in clothing? You don't see people interested in mechanical keyboards attacking someone for having "fake" or off-brand switches. Probably says a lot about the vanity of those complaining.
See, I'm of the mindset that if you care, and can afford to show your wealth to others, by all means do it. Do not buy something nice that you cannot afford, do not buy something nice to show off wealth you do not have. If you want to wear something nice though, by all means go for it.
Pretty sure expensive brands hences expensive life-style or someone with extensive wealth on their life.
People that buy fake shit, are trying to act or become someone they're not.
I kind of understand where the feeling of entitlement comes from, what I don't get is how people think it is their duty to call people out and pin things on them while feeling completely justified.
It's like trying to call out someone who dyes their hair by saying that they're trying to "act or become someone they're not". Where does this god given quest of truth come from?
Not to attack you, I think you're right. Just seems really dumb to me.
What people that wear supreme say when they're criticized of doing it: Just a hobby/lifestyle.
What people that wear supreme say when they see someone with fake supreme: Why the heck you are wearing fake supreme you have angered the supreme gods. How dare you have less money than me [ want to save money ].
Hypocritical ;p
At the end of the day it's clothing and I'm not specifically targeting people on this site. Just what I see around school. Also the supreme shirts are actually a reasonable price ($36) although I don't have any of my own they're like the price of a pair of jeans.
