Supreme Set to 15$ if you already own Premium

We all know that Supreme is 25$, even if you have already bought Premium. Personally, I do not think that is fair. You have already spent money to buy a rank it should be an upgrade of sorts. Please tell me your thoughts. Thank you.

and similarly, the main use of Supreme is the bumping cooldown being reduced to 17 hours (or, well, it seems to be 18 in practice)

By that logic discounts are unfair because people paid a higher price. So should we just not have sales or discounts on anything?
