Hello MCM, I am starting up a setup/development team, and need 2-3 developers to join. How payments will work is you get comission, you complete the commision the client pays you a 50% downpayment before anything, then once completed you get paid the other half, what I would get out of it is 5% of the comission you get. So say you make $100 off of a project I would get $5.
