Hello MCM, I am starting up a setup/development team, and need 2-3 config creators to join. How payments will work is you get comission, you complete the commision the client pays you a 50% downpayment before anything, then once completed you get paid the other half, what I would get out of it is 5% of the comission you get. So say you make $100 off of a project I would get $5.

Also looking for a co-owner. Of the buisness.

Portfolio: I do not have a portfolio right now since most where private commissions. I can setup one as a test to prove my skills if needed.

What servers can you setup: Honestly it really varies due to complexity. I am in the process of making a unique gamemode but the lack of funds puts it on hold till we can get them. Any server weather OP or not I can setup.

Hmm, just saying, you deserved this, as i worked all night till morning for two days, and when i told doddy and jack to go off and play when server is back on i got demoted. Well, just because he deserved this, doesn't justify it. Also, just doing the act even with justification, makes him seem unproffessional. But I agree, we need some proof. You can't just blindly accuse someone of something.
