Well, with energy drinks like bang and reign for me, give me a burst of energy and higher my performance, but I do not believe my focus. However, with redbulls and monsters my focus is heightened.

I drink energy drinks to calm my mind, for example at exams. I suffer from ADD, which makes me very sensitive to sounds, like a click on the keyboard behind. So to calm my self down a bit i drink energy drinks, I don't drink them often as it's going to not work in the end if i have a stable usage of them.
