Survey: what actually sucks about running a revenue-generating MC network?

Doing research before building anything. Not pitching a product, just trying to figure out what needs solving vs what's already covered.
From reading a lot of r/admincraft and threads here, two themes keep coming up:
  1. Analytics / attribution (which YouTuber deal paid off, why players leave, retention metrics)
  2. Staff ops (finding reliable staff, tracking activity, burnout, accountability)
Analyse, Plan, ServerStats, and MineTrax exist for #1. I've seen way less real tooling for #2.
If you run a server with real revenue (Tebex store, ranks, donations), would appreciate answers to any of these:
  1. Which hurts more day-to-day, analytics or staff ops? Or is the real pain something else entirely?
  2. What are you using now, and where does it fall short?
  3. If a tool actually fixed your biggest pain, what would it be worth per month?
