Survival/Acid Island Spawn, 3 Custom Islands, and Community Island

Today I'm selling builds intended for a server that I was creating that didn't go anywhere. The first build would be the Spawn. This spawn can be used for a survival, acid island, or any type of server you choose. The spawn is around ~100x100 and contains crazy nice terrain and features. Here is an album of pictures for the spawn, as of now there is no server to hop on and look at the builds - but if a serious buyer contacts me to BIN or something of that nature I can do that for you.

(There may be some repeated images, didn't feel like sorting them out if there was)

Also the three starter islands which are about 10x10/15x15.

And the community island. This island was meant for player shops with a unique aspect to my server but can now be used for anything. I believe there are about 10 huts/shops on this island already premade with a beautiful volcano and separate mini island on the side. The island is about the same size of the spawn but smaller, don't have an exact measurement.

I'm not sure how I'm going to sell these, it's probably best the buyer gets all 3 but it's up to you guys. You can leave offers for one or more that you want. I guess I'll do this by bidding or if someone wants to contact me and buy right away feel free.

Starting bid for all: $50 (You can bid for them individually with no starting bid)
BIN for all: $150 (Literally just a number, don't trash saying way too high of a BIN)

Nowhere near $50, yet alone a BIN of $150!
They are nice bulds but I suggest looking at the other builds for sale on this forum and comparing the prices with urs.
Id suggest a BIN of $10
