Survival/Factions Type of Server

Hi Folks,

So basically I'm looking for a setup for just plug and play with my friends, I don't really like if you want to resell the setup that you make for me or just show me your already done setup.

I want to do a server in the last version, 1.16. I'm looking to do with a lot of friends a server such as a survival , but with cities (they can be the factions). Each City will be protected like the factions and we want to have mix the survival of the last version with that bit of competition between each factions. Any addon more I don't really need it , but if there are , I wont mind. If you can do something like this, or configure anyone that has already be done for this type of work, (full minecraft vertsion of 1.16) just reach me on site to talk about prices!
