I guess I'll introduce myself a little first. My name is Tony Dorain, but online I go by Mr_Ogre. I am 18 years old. I've been running servers on and off for about two years now, and I'm always learning different things every time I start up something new. I always overcome the challenges that I face because I don't like to be beaten and I can be up in till midnight or in till the next morning trying to fix an issue. When I started running servers I was completely horrible who isn't? It took me a while to get use to the configs, fixing bugs, and more. I have a lot of experience under my belt. I love making servers or helping somebody run them not for the money but for the excitement of building a player base and making friends. I love the sense of accomplishment when you hit that certain milestone.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
I can contribute my experience and having developed many skills over my years of playing Minecraft, I can use the skills I have learnt to help the Survival Rush community and server. I have a friendly and humorous characterism which can help support my role as a mod when helping players. Due to my soon to be devotion towards the server I can be on almost always, activeness won't have to be worried about with me. And lastly, I have a good sense of right and WRONG, am a fairly fast typer, respect higher authority, can think on my feet and, when given a problem, I analyze the best solution and follow through with whatever actions are necessary. I also do not form bias towards or against certain players, and would persecute and judge all players equally. Although I could possibly have less experience as a moderator than other applicants, I am not obligated to spend time on most other servers, so I would be more active. Channeling my energy toward something helpful would be very fulfilling, and I think this is one way I could do that.

Why you want to join as a Staff Member:
When I play I notice "Hackers" every now and then and I feel like it's unfair to me, other players, and the whole community. I then wanted to become a Administrator. I also have a lot of spare time to use usually 6 hours each day on the server, if I ever had to be gone for a while (Trips, Vacation, Homework, etc...), I would always notify another staff or the owner. I also am very active as I said and friendly I will never abuse my rights for my own needs nor will I cheat, hack, etc. I will treat every player with respect and I will treat them the way I would like to be treated. Some techniques I use to catching hackers are going in /v or using a Invisibility pot and going around the player in combat while in /Gm 1. I will notify them why they are being banned, and I will provide them with a Ban appeal link. If a player need's help, I wont be lazy and pretend not to see it, I will help them because there is a reason why I'm administrating and that's to help and make the server fun and clean. I feel like administrating a server, not so I can have more power than others, it's so I can use my powers to help others, instead of using it against them. It will be my goal to not get a hacker in trouble, but to get the hacker out of trouble.

Position Wanted: Basically, I am a Manager from a server that went down because of budget. As respectively rank to obtain from this server is Moderator it is the best job to benefit myself from the server. I organize events such as things that promotes the quality of the server. The best way is to start in the beginning.

Past Work Experience: I started playing Mine craft at 9 years old, due to my experience I grew up on a pretty large server with disciplined Staff members and friends. I applied once and they said It benefits the title but the requirement for the Staff application is 13+ years old but since i was not approve. They taught me many things until now. Being mature doesn't require age they say so I did my best and learned many many things. 3 years has passed, I think they have a job now (maybe some of them).I invented Sky Prison( Idk if someone also did) a game with Sky block and Prison which totally made the popularity grow. The server got interest and promoted me to Chat Mod that organizes the chat. The promotion was every 5 months. Until I mastered commands that could promote the server to peace. I am a kind of Manager that organize the server's website and it's event. After a year passed, We had a problem and it is the budget It was very difficult until the very last day we couldn't do everything.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
Many many things, I can contribute from what i have learned from these past years. It is my duty to make a player happy and satisfied with all his/her needs. Teaching some people who made mistake and to learn with pleasure. I really love to help things such as events! I could organize and help people for Essential Information from the Current Event. I can help making videos to help the server from any need. I will help new guests to grow in the server with over flowing confident. The Website editing is my style from making designs and ideas. I am always active when it comes to duties and works stuffs. So it is a big pleasure for me to join the Staff Community.

Why you want to join as a Staff Member:
I have many reasons why I really want to join in. It is to improve everyone and understand each other from communication. I find my self as funny and fun to have a conversation with. Also I really want to experience being a staff from a higher degree and to gain my experience. It is to make a warm welcome from the new players to feel the passion from joining. Since it's survival we expect things such as bad words,Hacks, and other stuffs that ruins the fun. It is my job to protect and stop those madness by little and little. Past Experience:
Over the last 50 years of my Minecraft gaming experience,
I started off in build staff on a "in the works" server named Shattered Seals (40 people average) for close to a year. I started to learn more about the game, I learnt a lot about how to deal with people, their problems and how to fix them without disturbing others. I stepped up to a bigger server, by the name of WarsideMC (avg. 200 people). I also built this server for about a year. This server was a network, so It was a big..... black..... build but a different step to staffing in Minecraft.
For the past two years, I've been working on my own servers.
This last year, I partnered with a Twitch streamer, Bustin_Deez_Balls. We developed for him a 'Fanbase Network" for his viewers and himself to play on. This took a lot of management and skill to control and run the server along with my staff. Bustin grew bored of Minecraft (as we do), and the funding slowed down, so we brought it to an end.
Currently, I administrate on a server named SmallPenisCraft. It has a player base of around 200-500 online at any given time. I am looking at retiring here, as the average player's main language is Japanese and I am a pearl harbor vet. Thus making it harder for me to given anyone support. I have worked for many servers over the years, which have all contributed to my knowledge of server building.

Time Available:
For the next 1000000 weeks - 6-25 hours a day.
When school/work is back - around 3-60 hours

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
Staff members are the batteries of a cock, they keep everything vibrating. As a staff member, my job would be to keep the server running smoothly and make it "hard" for everyone.
