Position Wanted:Admin or Moderator, I was a network owner for six months of my life It was going very well (Average 50 players and 100 players on UHC's)... Until I ran out of money and the Donations stopped coming... I also have irl experience I am a school representative I talk to incoming families about coming to my school giving me very good public speaking skills Im an Admin for my school council meetings which means I am Authoritative. On top of all this I maintain over a 3.5GPA!
Past Work Experience:As I said above I was a network owner I am very experienced in hosting UHC's,configuring plugins, Moderating, punishing, and im very active on websites! I had to teach myself some C++, Java and Skript but Skript was easy to learn! XD. I went to coding camps like "ID Tech" in which I took a classes on C++ and Java. I would be willing to take more classes if the server needed more help on the coding side of things...
Time Available:
EST: Monday:4:30-9pm, Tuesday 4:30-9pm, Wednesday 3-9, Thursday 4:30-9pm, Friday 4:30-12AM, Saturday 12-9pm (May be on and off at times but basically whole day!), Sunday 1-9pm
What you will do to help as a Staff Member:I am a Game creator I make very good unique game modes, Im sure you guys would love it! I would also keep the server in line and keep the hackers away! Since I worked on a PracticePvP server I know how to spot just about any hack there is! Ex: Kill Aura, Aimbot,Triggerbot,Troll,Regeneration, X-Ray(I used to host UHC's, a lot of X-Rayers!), Autoclickers, Macros, Fast bow, Fast eat and much more! (These hacks are all things I have seen on my Network and I can prevent them from yours!)

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
I really want to devote my time to one server and this is what it looks like so far. I love this server as it has so many cool features and it has so much potential and I would love to move with it as it grows. I think that i would make a great staff member on your server because I can make the server a better server for more players to enjoy. I know that pretty much every applicant says that they can make the server better and get more players on and what not but most of those applicants are simply lying or overexaggerating. It may take weeks, months, or years but I will not stop until I accomplish my goal. I am also dedicated. Once I put my mind to something I won't stop until my desire is given to me. If I am lucky enough to land a staff position on a server I stay there until the server no longer needs me or the owner feels that I am not doing a good job and demotes me. I don't abuse. I will never abuse my staff privileges just for the kicks or to amuse other players. I understand the amount of power I have as a helper and will never inflict harsh punishments on players simply because they said Hi to me for example. I am responsible. I'm respectful. I never discriminate someone or act differently towards someone simply because of their religion, race, or freewill. I respect other player's decisions (As long as they don't break the rules) and I never tell anyone what to do. I'm helpful. I can help by maintaining chat, improving server quality, or by being a role model to other players.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member:
I would love to join as staff because my experience I believe I can help and move with the server and help it as it goes. I am experienced with PVP and finding hackers and rule breakers. This server sounds very cool and I believe I can help moderate it and show people what to do and show them how.
Extra:
Worst quality: I argue too much {which I am trying to change} (Out/In of game)
I will try to change this unbeneficial characteristic of myself by working on my leadership skills, either dealing with player arguments to cooperating more efficiently with other staff members.

Best quality: (In game) rank up and familiarize lower ranks (Out of game) very athletic and very social.

Life story: I am 14 years old currently in grade 9, going to a private school in Canada. I have traveled to Europe and the USA for sports. I ski competitively and played hockey competitively. I started playing Minecraft when I was 10 years old. In the summer I started playing optimamc I have enjoyed being interacting in its community. I am always active on Minecraft 4-5 hours a day or more and usually not away from playing. I also volunteered at my school camp this past summer, which gave me good listening and social skills. It has been so far a great experience to be a part of it, meeting new friends. I hope that this acceptance of application will motivate me to be more helpful in the Minecraft community.

I wouldnt recommend Decoded. So he was admin on SMSM and he gave us a map as a gift we used it and as he was getting demoted he was like "Please remove my map" Thats very immature I wouldn't ever recommend him if he is on ur side I would kick him If I was you.
