Survival Server Manager (1.16.5)

Hey MCM, I am looking for a manager that has a vast amount of experience in his/her resume. I am looking for someone who can be my marketing manager as well as maybe pick up a few community-oriented events.

All these are recommendations, not requirements

• Worked with a survival server in the past.
• Must have experience with mid to large-scale servers.
• Needs to understand how to grow a casual-based community.
• Around the age of 18, no one is younger than 16.
• Ability to promote the server on multiple different platforms.
• Know how to run and grow a TikTok I can give some advice but I don't want to be doing the posting and such.
• Organize a list of good voting sites I can buy sponsored slots on.
