Survival server Manager (17+)

I'm here looking to hire someone to assist in managing a Survival server, you would help build it back up and get things organized once again, you would assist with staff, advertising and with defining the general direction of the server.

Main Responsibilities:
- Advertising
- Staff

How you wish to be paid and how much is up to negotiation, though my budget is around $30 per month, at least until I've established that you're a valuable asset to the server in which case your salary could be renegotiated
