With summer coming to a end and my busy schedule taking over any of the free time I have, I no longer have time to run and manage this server. Your ownership evidence is good to know. Why sell it when you could simply have another user manage it? It happens fairly often where an owner doesn't actively play the server. But does what they can when they can be on.

I really don't want anything to do with Minecraft anymore. I want to sell the one thing that is keeping me playing Minecraft everyday. Also because I invested money into this server I do want to leave having a portion of what I spent back. Thus, why I am selling it.
