Survival Server Spawn + Shop Up to $100 Budget

Hi,
I am looking for someone to build a Survival Spawn + Shop

Needs to be all natural builds , and maybe shop can be in building , donor boards and info area , maybe enchanting area , that kind of thing , just all natural themed.
Would be nice to have 3 or 4 buildings , maybe courtyardish or small village with shop being bold.
I am looking for high quality builds.
I am happy for pre-built or commission , if commission please let me see your portfolio.

Willing to pay up to $100 for the right build.
