Survival Server Spawn + Shop

Hi,
I am looking for a Survival Server Spawn , premade is an option if it fits the needs , alternatively i would be happy to have it built for me.
Requirements , i am looking fro a good size open spawn area and the overall build to be natural woods and buildings etc , maybe courtyard style as spawn , not sure open to suggestions.
There should be a large building which will be shop , and an area for crates and also information which will have donor ranks etc , the donor ranks must be clearly visible where they spawn in , may some smaller areas with pond selling fishing rod enchanting are etc , that kind of style.
The shop should be the main focus and as such i would like a nice detailed building for this purpose.
If you are interested in building please list here your builds , do not state `add me on skype` as i will not do this without knowing if you can even build.
