Survival Server Spawn

Hi,
As the title says I'm looking for a survival server spawn for a new server I'll be creating.
The server is 'World War' themed. (World war 2 specifically).
This means I'd like a build representing this.
I'd like tanks, planes, cannons, trenches etc for example included in the spawn.
An Idea I liked: (Planet minecraft - world war 2 invasion) - sorry can't link it.

I'd like the spawn to be 100x100, including areas to put crates, maybe a town hall for events, rules etc.

It really goes without saying but I want this at a professional standard, very high quality.
