Survival Server with dungeons, custom mobs

Any survival servers out there already in existence that have Custom mobs, dungeons, custom map, hard mode, pvp enabled, and claim, minimal economy.

I've been looking for a server like this and cannot seem to find one. I would be interested in funding a server that meets these goals.
