Survival Spawn - High Quality Builders Only

Hi,
I am looking for a survival spawn , aproximately 100-125 squared , main focus to be a Shop , the building should be medievil and of good size , nice interior etc.
The grounds should include natural paths sleepers ponds etc , kind of village type look but not , but mostly natural builds , so could include 2 or 3 other buildings within the design to look natural.

As stated in thread I am looking for something of good quality , the building itself should be nice and detailed , the front being fairly open market type and not just a door to go in, players would spawn about 20 blocks away facing it.

I would like an information area and donor board etc.

I am looking to spend around $100
