Looking for someone to create a professional and detailed survival spawn the size of about 150x150.
The theme should be a modern city of high skyscrapers attacked by raptors, the spawn should be somewhere near the middle of the city and in the middle of the disaster.

A mall in which players will warp to, they will be able to rent out a shop to use chestshops in. So you will need to make those shops available and the mall nice, the mall should be modern and should have some baby raptors in which the reality of humans and raptors living alongside one another exists in this mall, the mall should have damages that look obviously caused by some raptors.

Do not attempt to be overpriced, I'd like a fair price as I am on a low budget due to an incident that occurred. If you ask me about my budget before we get the details done you will be blocked, I am looking for a builder NOT A SERVICE TEAM that is passionate and cares about the quality they give.
