Survival Spawn

Hello everyone,

So I am looking for someone or a team to build us a nice Survival Spawn. The specifications for what we want are in the spoiler.

Spoiler: Specifications

(We will be paying someone separate to make a 1000x1000 terraform for the spawn, more details will be revealed once you contact me)
- 250x250 to 300x300 Build
- Open spawn area
- 15+ different houses, hubs, markets, shops places for where to place NPCs in different zones, 6 must be close and visible in spawn, Buildings should match the type of shop. (Types of shops: Teleporter, Quests, Menu, Shops/Markets, Cosmetics, Pets, Fisherman [close to port or beach to fish], Auction, Bar, Jobs, Mcmmo, Bounties )
- Medieval/fantasy fun colorful style - 2 different open areas for Fishing - 1 portal for Wilderness tp
- 1 place for Crate opening with respective shop, house for NPC and space for 6 crates
- 1 place for a cool particle plugin fountain, close to spawn.
- Shops decorated with armor stands decorations and mini blocks, head deco, etc - Optimized for performance (Not cluttered with leaves and laggy blocks)
- 1 Area visible from spawn for ENVOYS, place to hide crates dropping from the sky, like treasure hunting, inaccessible by flying, probably has to be covered with invisible blocks.

Please use our current spawn on play.cycraft.net (survival world) as sort of an example, but we do not want the same thing. It's just to show the feel we are going for... We are looking for top quality work so please only contact us if you are highly experienced. I will talk to you more once you have given me the quote so we can go more into detail about exactly what is to be done.

Conditions: Due to previous work we have done on this site, we are only hiring reliable people. There must be many guarantees for us to work with you. These guarantees include and are not limited to... if something is not to our liking you are to fix it free of charge, as well as anything we want to be done, or added is free of charge. We will come to an agreement on the price, and that will never change for anything. If you would like to talk to us about raising the price because we have added a lot to the list something that is okay, but this guarantee will protect us from being charged unlawfully. If there are any Fee's within the payment they are to be paid by you and not us. By us paying you we are agreeing to your terms, and you are agreeing to our conditions.

Note to Sales Representatives: Hello Sales Representatives, you are probably here because you believe one or more of the companies you represent could help us out here. I do not mind companies coming to me for me to hire them, but I need a quote first. DO NOT CONTACT ME UNTIL YOU HAVE A QUOTE I AM NOT REVEALING MY BUDGET. I will immediately remove you without even telling you why, I hate having 1000 extra servers I don't need to be in just so I can get a quote, do your job and ask for the quote before contacting me.

I have changed up what we are looking for. We are no longer requesting a 500x500 terraform (will have someone else do a 1000x1000 and have positions for everything to be placed), as well we are now wanting quotes for 250x250 and 300x300 builds rather than just the 250x250. If I have spoken to you and denied you due to the price being over our budget please contact me again with this new information, and give me a new price for both 250x250 and 300x300 builds.
