I am currently looking for a custom SurvivalGames plugin ,with this features:

2. Stats with MySQL , points system and LeaderBoard. Example: https://prnt.sc/fhx1c9
   
3. Bounty and sponsor. Example: /bounty , /sponsor.
4. Voting system with VIP permission. Example: /v , /vote.
5. Tier chest system: Tier 1 and Tier 2.
6. Deathmatch: Instant deathmatch on 3 players and Deathmatch after x second.
7. During the deathmatch if player will run of x blocks he will be damaged by lightining.
8. Separate Spectators' chat.

You have to be kidding me, no one is going to make you this for just $45.

To put it in perspective, this will take at least 10 hours to make in total when you count up debugging, testing, optimizing and other backend structures. 45/10 = $4.50 per hour. Does this seem like a fair wage to you?
