Our project, SurvivalSMP, is a server with a focus on the survival game mode, with a lot of accessibility and simple concepts that are reimplemented for a better gameplay experience.
We have a lot of custom plugins and are working on something that is for everyone as a whole not just one group of "pvp" people "build" people etc.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience in server management
Experience in configuration
Strong time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
US or EU based
Ability to speak/write in English proficiently
All your investing is your time, if you think you would quit a month into this and move on somewhere else this is not for you. Our first servers failed miserably and took over three months to turn around to gold. Effort and a great personal understanding of your time investment are advised.
Both my partner and I have extensive experience in marketing, primarily for real businesses and my own. We will handle both short-term and long-term advertising and complete funding of anything.
