Hello there, my name is Tivum, I'm the Owner of a new server, we've been up for a few days, I'm having trouble finding a quality staff team, I'm posting here because I'm looking for some individuals that fit our need for the positions.

Moderator
Player Support
Manager
Administrator
Developer
Moderation and Player Support positions are volunteer only and they will not be compensated.
All other positions excluding Developer will be paid on a profit share basis, percentages will be discussed further on Discord.
And of course, Developer will be paid on a case-by-case basis.
Moderation Team Requirements
16 years of age or older
Past experience in moderation (Required)
Mature and able to handle well under stress
Must use grammar in the server & Discord
Player Support Team Requirements
16 years of age or older
Past experience in a support related position (Not required, will train if nescessary)
Extensive knowledge of Minecraft and the server itself (Will teach basics on server)
Mature and able to handle well under stress
Must use grammar in the server & Discord
Administration & Management Team Requirements
16 years of age or older
Past experience in server administration (Required)
Mature and able to handle well under stress
Must use grammar in the server & Discord
