Suspended Users being able to post (still happening)

It was closed because Mick said

It has not been fixed, or if it was, it's broken again.

Asa was suspended some hours ago, only noticed about 10 hours ago I think, and he's able to post on stuff.

This has definitely been fixed now, thanks for re-reporting it though
