So it tells you the exact date & time when you get unsuspended or unbanned from sb but it always takes atleast 30min+ to get unsuspended or whatever it's annoying af.

Shoutbox unbans run by the hour (via a cron job) as far as I know.

This is just the way the system works, it doesn't need to urgently be fixed.
