Yea am doing free services for people mainly to get rep at the moment.

Huh? What he's saying is that you have practically no rep, so people would rather use a known/reputable member over you.

You can't do a service like this when you have no reputation is what they are saying. People are trusting you with money and expensive products. If you want to do something to build up reputation I suggest doing one of these for free;

• Loaning & Investing
• Artwork
• Thread Design
• Document Organization & Creation
• Staffing (Only If Experienced)
• Management (Again, If Experienced)

These are all things that do not require a good reputation. Middlemans need to have at least ten or more positive reputation or a large amount of reputable vouches. You aren't even Premium on the forums, so most people would prefer to just pay a good Middleman.
