hey guys this is a short thing as to my upcoming network I am in need of a:

Partner who can help with funds and will split profit worth
A development team for the site, in game. Me still researching this before opening a server for sure will need a lot of help so I require a skilled development team active when a problem arises. The only real requirement is understanding how to do you're job and having patience to teach me a bit if you're not on.
Graphics designer whom I can buy a bundle from(Server banner, Twitter banner, and a logo) also a trailer maker later on in the process.

Each staff member will have special training by me and the fellow owner. We will inform them on skills such as screen sharing and how to be a good staff member. If they fail the test than their simply not cut out for staff.

I don't have a insane amount of money, I don't have a real budget either, I'm spending in limits but I do have enough for a good server.
