I have just recently started hosting with Swooce.
So far, every thing has been fairly good.

Review so far

Pros
Deploy time was quick and easy, took less then 12 hours.

The system I have purchased is running smoothly with no issues.

I was able to install and run Pterodactyl panel easily and it is running well.

Cons
I requested a reinstall of Ubuntu and my ticket took nearly 4 days to be completed. However, Hoot explained that they had issues regardibg their tickets so they were not able to get to the tickets done.

After this issue was resolved, the reinstall was done quickly.


My reccomendations

Communication between customer and provider should be top notch. I wish I was told about the issue they had beforehand so I could inform my community.


Overall, Swooce is still reliable and I hope to continue growing my community with them.
