Introduction
I can't even express to you how excited I am to finally share with you some information about the project which me and my partner Deducts have been hardly working on for the past three or so months.
I would like to thank everyone who participated in taking a part of creating Sword, especially Medi, who made us an incredible bot and never got tired of us asking him for new features.
I would also like to thank some people who gave us feedback before we made this thread, especially Luxus, who gave us such a positive review and helped us a lot with improving the company.
What is Sword?
Sword is a center to connect between dealers and middlemen, and help fighting chargebacks.
What I love the most about Sword, is that it is not a freelance company, meaning that it has almost no higher-up involvement at all. The center is ran by the members.
Sword is a non-profitable company for the higher ups, unlike freelance teams. The only way to make profit on our center is by becoming a middleman, and of course charging a fee for your service.
What do you mean almost no higher-up involvement?
Sword's higher-ups will not be involved in any deals that occur in Sword's tickets, unless support is requested.
Sword's higher-ups will be involved in this scenarios:
- Verification
- Terms breaking
- Ticket logs requesting
- Scamming
- Staff Applications
- Support
Except for the above, Sword is very unlikely to be involved in other scenarios.
Verification "System"
Our verification "system" is pretty simple, all you have to do is PM Sword Community, Dad and Deducts on MC-Market all being engaged in the same conversation, having "Sword Verification" as your title, and most importantly have your discord username and tag in the conversation message. Once you follow these simple steps, the sword higher-ups will quickly verify you by changing your discord name to your MC-Market name, as well as giving you access to all channels in our server. Please note that we're people, meaning it may takes us a few hours to verify you as MCM does not allow any automation between discord and their website.
Loaning System
Another one of my favorite things in Sword is our loaning system.
When opening a ticket, you automatically have the option to open a loan request.
Loaning is not a service offered by Sword, it's a service offered by the members of the server.
When choosing the loaning option, Sword will automatically ask you questions about your request such as amount requested, ROL, Date and reason. Once you're done answering the questions, our lovely bot will quickly send the loan for the correct channel, where anyone can claim the loan, once the loan had been accepted, the users can discuss the deal, and as far as I know (We got it revamped a few weeks ago), we also have reminders which will remind the loaned user the day he has to pay back the ROL. Once the deal is done / closed, both parties will have to accept closing the ticket, and the logs will be sent to both of them as long as they have messages from server members on.

Note
We're already aware of some hate that we're going to get from the higher reputation users, as we may not have the highest reputation on the website to open such service. But please keep in mind that Sword was opened only to help the community, and not for personal profit.
