Symfony PHP Help

I'm currently trying to host a symfony project locally and I'm getting this error.

I have absolutely no knowledge in any of this and have no idea what any of this means. If anyone can help me out, that'd be great.

I've never used Symfony myself so take this with a grain of salt but it looks like you're missing the two-factor-bundle by scheb.
installation.md - might help.

It's possible you haven't got all your packages installed, maybe try composer install / composer update.

So I tried installing the two factor bundle and also tried composer install and composer update but got the same error each time.

Avoid using Symfony, way too complex for early learning.

Give Laravel.com a try. It's a build on top Symfony.

Unfortunately the project I've been given runs on Symfony. This project has been already made, I'm just looking to host it so I can see it.
