Syncing ranks between Minecraft & Discord

Hello,

I need a Discord bot that does the features below. No budget, please list down your quotes or DM me. You must have a lot of experience and past work.

Custom bot features
Admin commands:
- Set a user with promotion perms
- Remove a user with promotion perms
- /setperm <ign> <discordid> <subserver>
- /removeperm <ign> <discordid> <subserver>
- /fulldemote <user>
- Removes all perms from all servers
- Only works in a specific server (Staff Discord)

Promotion commands:
Promoting/Demoting will just run a command on that sub server
e.g if someone promotes on skyblock it will run the correct lp command
if its on practice it will run the correct aquacore command
- /promote <user> <discordID> <rank> - IN GAME COMMAND
- Promoting will do the following:
Give that person a rank on the server the command was run
Give them roles on our public discord. e.g if they are helper they get staff team and helper. if they already have staff team they only get helper
give them roles on our public discord. e.g. practice staff team role and practice helper role
Give them bungee staff chat
Give them a lobby rank
Give them forum rank
Change their discord name in staff discord to their MC ign
- /demote <user> <rank/all>
- Same as promote but will remove instead

DISCORD COMMANDS
- ?staff <subserver> - shows all people who have perms on that sub server
- ?gstaff - Shows all staff across the network

Discord Logs:
- Show all admin commands run
- Show all promotions/demotions
