i brought the graphics afew days ago but am sadly having a change of plans & cannot continue on further with the server.

It is a great base for any type of server

A crappy logo and a trash domain isn't worth 10$, sorry to say.

I can agree with the price but the logo's not terrible it is pretty bad though you could probably sell it most for 20$
