This is a paid position, you will be paid by commission for the tasks that you do.
Basic Requirements:
- 15+ years of age
- 1+ year(s) of experience
- Experience and knowledge with Multicraft, Pterodactyl, Virtualizor, cPanel & WHMCS
- Advanced Linux Knowledge
- Ability to setup cron tasks
- Ability to do migrations/transfers
and a bit more that would fall under the above.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support
- Setting up machines & panels as well as daemons
- Diagnosing and investigating issues
This is a laid back position but you must be active at most times and ready to reply whenever.
If you meet the requirements and we are interested, you will be given an interview before deciding whether or not we'll have you on the team. Our team is exclusive and we'll be recruiting only 1-2 people that meet the requirements and are able to take on the position.
Customer service is also a bonus, we would like you to help out clients whenever necessary.
