My name is Hugo, I'm looking for an experienced System admin to help me setup my hosting companny, I have the funds to purchase everything, I just have 0 idea how to set it up. The website is currently functional.

I am also looking for a Business partner, they must again have experience in this industry, and be able to help fund some things, you must also stay active.

You don't sound qualified to run a hosting company. What are your credentials, what experience do you have, what does your budget look like. These are all things you should explain considering it sounds like you have no experience at all.

These are all important things when someone is considering getting into business with you.

I have been support staff on several hosting companies, (Nolag, Etheral, Galagun, BLH) I was also manager at Galagun and CEO at Etheral before leaving.
