Update 11/12

Money is in the process of being returned. We should be getting it back in a few hours.

--

I haven't put the whole story here yet, but this whole scam is done on the inside by the owners.

If you have, as a person in this thread wrote, "any shred of decency", do not give these people your money. Cancel your plans and move elsewhere.

Alright, well I've got some news. System413 hosting company is a complete and utter scam.

We were recently contacted by one him about acquiring a subsidiary hosting company of theirs as we were looking to purchase a company to merge into ours. The company that is their subsidiary is https://sytespace.net

We confirmed his identity by checking his roles in the System413 discord plus his discord ID, connected accounts, etc, and he all checked out to be the actual KingRektYou owner of System413.

He agreed to $225 on some conditions. I’m not going to list them here, but you can find them in the chat log. We were informed in the chats before sending payment that they no longer accept PayPal, which was plausible at the time as I know a lot of people do not use PayPal due to a risk of people chargebacking.

We sent our money via CashApp around 5:20 PM EDT, and we were never heard back from him besides an "Okay" after we sent.

We were banned from their sytespace discord soon after, but I am still in their system413 discord. I expect to get banned from it soon as well.

You can view the full chatlog here, download the file and open it in your web browser of choice to view it. It’s a normal HTML file of an export of our group chat:

Individual identification:

ID of the user was the same in both discord’s, we checked before paying - 382968763051409409

In hindsight we should have used a middleman with this, but we weren’t thinking that as this guy was legitimate from what we knew. The only red flag was the not using PayPal excuse, but this was quite easy to “understand” as I get that a lot of people do not use PayPal. We weren’t overly cautious as this was a reputable company from what we knew.

This seems to be a reoccurring scam as my sysadmin informed me that another one of his clients got scammed in the same way but for less. He was going to tell me of it, but didn’t think that I was purchasing the same company.

MCM mods please contact me as I have private address information of the KingRektYou individual. I would prefer to not get banned for doxxing by posting this publically.

I apologize if I’m missing any information, just trying to rush to get this thread.

If you look at their WHMCS now it not longer shows as having a valid WHMCS license. Before all of this when we were looking, it had a real license. I no longer have the invite to the SyteSpace discord as their invite has been removed.

Hi, we are aware of this. He never actually owned System413, or SyteSpace, and does not have authority to sell it.

Sincerely,
Nastya

Hi, we are aware of this. Ellis W/KingRektYou has been dismissed due to this. He never actually owned System413, or SyteSpace, and does not have authority to sell it.

Sincerely,
Nastya
NodeClusters used CashApp, however, for Jack E’s payment for the company was sent to the SYS413 bank account.

I assume that the payment will be refunded?

It sucks to hear what type of an experience you had with sys413, however I can't say the same. I've been using them for a couple months now and I haven't had an issue, they've been fast, helpful, fair and even given me extra discounts as I've been a long user. I can vouch for them that they are a legit company that has some very competitive prices!

There never was a sys413 bank account, it was opened in KingRektYou’s name, so as it is now unfortunately, that is his account. We're already in touch with a legal advisor to learn what we can do.

I would stay away from a company like this, that allows sketchy practices like this.

Update: We are in direct discussion with the owners of System413. KingRektYou, as we currently know, was selling this company behind everybody’s back as a scam. We do not believe there were other people involved from System413 at this time.

Alright, well I've got some news. KingRektYou, a (now previous), owner of the System413 hosting company is a complete and utter scam.

Just thought I'd post here too - we also reached out to Ellis regarding buying Sytespace, and we agreed on $60 for just the purchase of clients, no assets. We paid $60 via BTC, because he claimed paypal was too risky, and has yet to respond to our messages until then. It appears he attempted to sell the same company and clients to multiple people.

Just wanted to post a few things here for the record.

Don't trust what Monochromatic is saying. I have screenshots showing that they were explicitly told by Shadow/KingRektYou to pretend that he is not associated with the company.
go to the popular image sharing website, and then add slash a slash YwYFhmS
See for yourself.
sys413, King, and all associated peeps have been dishonest to a lot of people. King specifically used to brag to me about how he was scamming people into paying way more than they needed to for their minecraft servers so he could either take the extra for himself or use it to pay for servers that he could then sell to someone else, etc. They also have long been suspected of DDoSing and botting their competitors -- something I, as a former competitor to Skaiacraft, can well attest to. The reason he doesn't accept paypal is that paypal keeps closing his accounts for fraud, I would guess. While I was working with him, I had to send funds for our VPS to like 3 or 4 different paypal accounts as he fought to get them opened again. Huge red flag.
I highly recommend moving to a reputable company that values customer loyalty and friendship over money -- a mistake I recommend avoiding to everyone who reads this. Friendship is worth more than any amount of money in the world.

Mra, reselling servers for profit is not a scam. This is how business works. A long time ago, your staff were trolled by a rival Minecraft server that we hosted. We're sorry if this caused you inconvenience. It has nothing to do with our company or staff though, so this is a bit unfair. We love our clients. Adding Ryzen 7 5800X to Game selection, very soon. PayPal is always supported.
