I kinda agree with this specific part of the situation, everyone believed that random guy was his friend and while Sytex never denied it, it wasn't confirmed and everyone started chargebacking because the guy said so (and I guess because it was suspicious).
So imo you are at fault because the fact you owed money, but if it wasn't like that, it would be a pretty fucked up thing to get chargebacked just cuz some random said so.
But I'm not saying scamming is fine don't take me wrong.
