TabAPI (1.7-1.15.2)

Hello!

I am looking for a new TabAPI which I can use to implement into my plugins. It will need to work on 1.7+ (including 1.8-1.15.2). In the past, I was using Ziggurat but it seems to glitch when using forks of spigot and glitches completely when allowing both 1.7 and 1.8 connections.

Ziggurat is very old at this point, not to mention the ProtocolLib dependency and other things that make it a bit outdated - regardless it still works well for all versions (except those shitty spigots with the protocol plugins baked in). I'll be open-sourcing something soon that fixes all of this, for free!
