For the past 2 months, I have been designing and developing a server as a hobby. Now I think it's time that I bring this server life. I have developed a core plugin, custom website and a custom discord bot in the works to make this endeavor as unique to others as possible. I have the developing side of the spectrum under control. Right now I am looking for a manager who is able to meet deadlines, have ability to make own reasonable choices and willingness to learn new things. These sound like simple requirements but it's hard to find an honest person like this these days. There is no age requirement but you need to have decent availability. I do have funds and willing to pay at a reasonable extent to the work that you will do.
