1. By purchasing services with me, Jhim, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

2. I have the right to reject or turn down any offer of any type for any/no reason at all.

3. PayPal Chargebacks are not permitted unless specified by me. If you want a refund, you must have the appropriate claims and evidence to back you up.

4. Use Goods & Services when paying with PayPal

5. Rude comments, allegations or claims can only be made if you have the proper evidence to back you up.

6. When a deal is complete, unless negotiated, what happens afterwards is no longer my responsibility. If the issue is caused by me/my code, then I will fix the issue with no extra charge.

7. If you break any of my terms that are listed, I have the right to open a dispute in the correct place.
