I reached out to Taco to help me with some permissions issues I was having. He told me that I needed to change permissions plugins. So I changed the plugin. I paid Taco to transfer my permissions file from a GroupManager format to a PermissionsEX. He literally just took the top comments off (everything past the "#") and replaced it with "Enjoy your config." without changing anything. I don't know much about plugins, but I know there is a huge difference between the GM and PEX flat files. This guy has no idea what he is doing.
