Does anyone have a working TacoSpigot 1.8.8 that works with protocolsupport?

Basically needing this one compiled.

It just "Increase packet limit from 31 KB to 31 MB for 1.7" cause when 1.7 users try to join a server with TacoSpigot 1.8.8 it kicks them
