Tactical - Staff, Advertising Managers, More

Hey, welcome to my second post about Tactical, a slowly uprising Discord server with almost 500 members in it.

Currently, we are in need of a couple of staff positions to help grow the server alongside keep it clean.

Although we have a lot of managers currently, we need a couple more to help grow Tactical to its fullest. We are looking for specifically:

Advertisers / Partners
Advertising Managers
Trial Staff

I'll go into each roll in depth.

Advertisers / partners advertise our Discord server in return for us advertising something that belongs to them, and help us get more people.

Advertising managers - This rank may be paid in the future, but for now it's not I believe. Advertising managers are in charge of coordinating partners / advertisers. They find sponsors to help grow Tactical and make it bigger than it already is, which is a growing community.

Trial Staff - This is by far the rank that is needed the most out of any staff rank. Trial staff are there to help moderate the Discord and help it grow. Trial staff watch chat and make sure everything goes right. You should also be available to read staff announcements often and also attend staff meetings.

I wanted to make this short and sweet because nobody likes reading essays on MCM, but we're also making an MC server. Some people may not be staff on it including myself but I'll be helping out with decisions throughout tactical. Forums are being revamped, tacticalnetwork.cf is currently our domain, however, I'll be redoing the forums soon.

Was fired as a CO-OWNER for not attending a meeting that had little notice beforehand.

It is not my fault that there is no way for the public to see the total members in the Discord, however, from that screenshot I can see that it is not only the member rank that is there, but, that green rank too. Therefore, I have to disregard your statement. Don't reply, cheers!

Kieran, you know the reason, we have discussed this. You came to me and complained over and over again that you wanted to go back to PowerOn (He's project), and I discussed on why you should stay. And then you said "This server sucks" and then I wanted you to let go, and demoted you. I don't see any reason why you got upset for this, as you pretty much pointed out that you wanted to leave. NOTICE; We forgot to demote Kieran from our forums too, so he griefed it. I have proof, and it can be sent trough PM's if interested. As I was Manager of this Server he doesn't treat his Staff Members very well and he is very Immature as Tfizz_ and just jake have addressed and they are also handling things that should be in pms publicly. They ban/demote Staff Member for no reason, and also telling people they have 500 members. They also seem desperate .
