Take Banned People Off Of Lists

Okay, so basically this is what I'm talking about.

Top Shoutbox Chatters:
Chance is on there at second place.
He is banned for scamming, so why should he get that sweet treat of being up there, he should be taken off.

Most Reactions:
Crits is up there with 1,000 reactions

Those are just some examples

I think all banned people should just be removed from these lists tbh.

not sure if there is an easy way if it's an automated list, but it should happen anyway.
