Unfortunately I do have to inform you no developer will want to work for you for no money or on the basis of what you think is a "good job" or not. Looked through your posts and found this, which although may be a bit old, is still probably for your server. Also, you have two other users which have recommended to "DNDW" because of your attitude towards them/actions. For a developer to work for a % of the revenue is the same as investing in the server. As with all investors, you must prove that the server is stable, is unique, or has enough money to pour into advertisements. Obviously you don't have any money to pour into the advertisements and from your post which is very lackluster your server must not be very unique. Also, what were to happen if you were to run off with the plugins we make, or if you were to instead just block us, or if the server fails. If the server fails how will you recoup the investors/developers loss? With 100% certainty, any developer who is worth their mettle will not try to work for you and those who do will most definitely not be very good. Sorry to say, but if you want a good developer then you have to start paying or prove that investing into your server is a good option. Even then, proving your server is a good investment is still a long shot.

understand your point but i'm not paying someone who can config not asking to make a big plugin just configs and help with releases bugs if any are founded https://discord.gg/pKJpxaT
