Minecraft Server: play.talentcraft.net

Website: https://talentcraft.net/

Store: http://store.talentcraft.net/

Discord: https://discord.talentcraft.net/

How do I apply?

To apply you must go to our website. This is unless you have a unique resume that we may be interested in. You will have to register on our forum in order to submit an application. Not all the requirements are set in stone yet. Generally speaking, most staff requirements are not entirely enforced.

How are we hosted?

Dedicated servers:

Server One:
- 144GB RAM
- 2 x E5645

Server Two:
- 32GB RAM
- 2 x E5345

Game Modes:

TalentCraft plans on developing into a massive network based in many game modes. For the beginning and for more specifically the launch, we plan on launching with Factions shortly followed with SkyBlock. Further expansion will be planned as time goes on. We think that you will be very interested in joining our server!

Thanks,

TalentCraft

Hmm, might I suggest a few things.

(I see that you are only an administrator so I'd suggest you forward these suggestions to the owner or someone with backend access.)

*Switch to XenForo
*Demotions & Promotions
*Elaborate on your official announcements. (Don't say things like "[+] Demoted a staff today + recruited a new one.") If you are going to make an announcement and having it to the public say something like this.

"Greetings TalentCraft Community,
Our management team has decided to remove one of our staff members from then network because we do not feel that they are needed as a staff member anymore.

Going with that demotion we also have recruited a staff member who we think will be able to sufficiently handle staffing and working with our community."

I mean you don't have to do to that but it looks a lot more professional if you were to make your posts detailed elaborating on the subject and giving the community a more in-depth perspective of the announcement. Otherwise a player could easily get confused.

Also I do not suggest announcing promotions and demotions because that should not be official news. That's something you'd announce in a staff chat. Or something similar.

I'm not trying to bash your recruitment thread I'm just leaving my suggestions for the owner of the server you are working for.
I am glad you've took the time to write this. I am forwarding this post to the owner. This did happen at the time of me not being staff. I am going to be correcting everything I can at the moment. Have a good day! On behalf of the, TalentCraft Management Team![DOUBLEPOST=1504639999][/DOUBLEPOST]

Coming from the owner of TalentCraft:

Thanks very much for the feedback. While in the past I have used XenForo I've decided to give NamelessMC a shot. I really appreciate the feedback regarding that though! I do agree promotions and demotions should probably not be broadcasted publically. Honestly that was a slip through on my part. Thanks for the feedback regarding announcements too! I've been a tad lazy with writing them because frankly, not many people have been reading them. - OwnageTechGeek
