Talented Pixel Artist for "Vote Maps"

My network has a unique way for players to vote on maps they want to play on! We import a 128x128 image onto a map that the player holds, and they click it to vote.

The problem is that the current images are direct screenshots from the maps, and they don't look too good. I am looking for someone make a clean and simple looking pixelated image representing each map!
