I am Maxi and I am the Founder of Tan Media.
Tan Media is requesting a Co-Founder, Website Developers, and Designers.

Tan Media is a business built around professional digital products.

Services we offer:
- Website Development
- Website Design
- Graphic Design

All Freelancers will receive 90% of each sale.

Requested Roles:

Co-Founder - We are looking for a professional and hardworking Co-Founder offering to put hours of time a week into Tan Media. In addition, we are looking for someone who is able to invest.

Sales Representatives - Looking for Sales Representatives to advertise our services, will receive 5% of each sale.

Website Developers & Designers - Must be able to develop and design professional and stunning looking sites.

Graphic Designers - Must be able to create professional designs in Photoshop, also looking for Drawing artists.

If 90% is going to the freelancer, what does the additional 10% go towards, in detail?

As far as payment goes, 90% does go to the freelancer.

5% goes towards the Sales Representative who offered the service to the customer.

The other 5% goes to expanding the company's services and hiring more freelancers.

Alright so if that's the case, mind informing us how investors will receive there investments back and what the purpose of investors is specifically for your company/service team.

There are no investors? The only investments are from the Co-Founders. In that case, we will use the investment to expand the services we provide, as well as hiring more freelancers. Resulting in the Founders receiving more than they put in.

^^This was worded extremely badly then, but co-owner or not you are still seeking investments. Which I am questioning for what purpose specifically, details are kind of a must when asking for investments in your company. Co-owner doesn't give details of what they are paying for specifically, a ball part figure, or what there role actually entails.

I'm not even trashing the thread...i'm asking for further information and as you are requesting money I wanted to know what it was being spent on and if you don't know then you shouldn't ask for money. You are running a business not a local lemonade stand.

I think he is just trying to help you get the correct people to respond. It is indeed worded very abstract so it is not clear if co owner should have funds or not
